What Our Drivers Say
- Maria S., Driver from Eagan since 2022
"I live in Eagan and the commute is perfect. I love knowing I’m delivering to my own community, and the team here is the best I've ever worked with."
Why Eagan Residents Choose Crown Delivery
Our delivery station sits in neighboring Mendota Heights, so Eagan applicants get one of the shortest commutes of any city we serve. There's no drive downtown and no crossing the river — just a quick trip to start your shift, which means more of your day goes to earning instead of driving to work.
As an Eagan-based Crown Delivery driver, your route runs through neighborhoods you already know — from the retail corridor along Yankee Doodle Road to the residential streets near Cascade Bay and Cedar Grove. You're not just delivering packages, you're delivering to your own neighbors.
What It's Like to Be a Crown Delivery Driver
A Day in the Life
Your day starts at our Mendota Heights station, where you'll load pre-sorted packages into your assigned van and get an optimized route from our dispatch technology. From there, you're on the road delivering to homes and businesses across Eagan and the surrounding area, with paid breaks built into your shift. It's an active job — driving, walking, and carrying packages — and it suits people who'd rather be moving than sitting at a desk.
Support and Training
No prior delivery experience is required. Every new driver goes through paid training covering safe driving, our delivery technology, and customer service before their first solo route. Once you're on the road, our dispatch team is always available if a route throws a curveball — you're independent, but you're never on your own.
What Being an Amazon DSP Means for You
Crown Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) — an independently owned company that partners with Amazon to handle the last mile of package delivery. That partnership means our Eagan drivers get Amazon's routing technology and steady route volume, combined with the culture of a small, family-owned employer: a real dispatch team that knows your name, not a call center.
