As a Delivery Associate, you will be the final link in the Amazon delivery chain, responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers in the Twin Cities metro area. You’ll be driving a comfortable, modern, Amazon-branded van and using the latest navigation technology to complete your route.   • What is a typical day like for an Amazon Delivery Associate?

    A typical day starts at our Mendota Heights station where you'll load your pre-sorted packages into your assigned Amazon van. From there, you will follow a pre-planned, efficient route to deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses. This is an active job that involves driving, walking, and lifting packages. Your route will be managed by our supportive dispatch team, and you will have paid breaks throughout your shift.

  • Do I need a CDL to drive for you?

    No, you do not need a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to be an Amazon Delivery Driver with our team. A standard driver's license is all that is required.

  • What is the pay and benefits like?

    We offer a highly competitive hourly wage, which will be discussed during your interview. In addition, our full-time employees are eligible for health insurance and paid time off (PTO). We also offer performance bonuses and a referral program.
