  • What is a typical day like for an Amazon Delivery Driver?

A typical day begins at our Mendota Heights station where you'll load your pre-sorted packages into your assigned Amazon-branded van. You will then follow a pre-planned, optimized route to deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. This is an active job that involves driving, walking, and lifting packages, all while enjoying the independence of being on the road. A typical shift is 10 hours long, and you will have paid breaks throughout your day.

  • What are the basic requirements to become a driver?

To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. You’ll also need to pass a background check and a drug screening. No prior delivery experience is necessary—we will provide all the paid training you need to succeed.

  • Do I need a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)?

No, you do not need a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to be an Amazon Delivery Driver with our team. A standard driver's license is all that is required.

  • What is the pay like and how are my hours tracked?

We offer a highly competitive hourly wage, which will be discussed in detail during your interview. We use a straightforward time-tracking system that ensures you are paid accurately and on time, every time.

  • Are benefits available for this job?

Yes, our full-time team members are eligible for a robust benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

  • What is a DSP?

A DSP stands for Delivery Service Partner. We are an independent company that has partnered with Amazon to handle the delivery of packages from a local warehouse to customers. This partnership allows us to use Amazon’s advanced logistics and technology while operating as a local, family-owned business.
