Basic Requirements to Join Our Team
We believe in hiring great people, not just résumés. If you meet these simple criteria, you're on the right track to joining the Crown Delivery family.
- Be at least 21 years of age: This is an Amazon policy for all Delivery Service Partners.
- Have a valid driver's license: A standard, valid driver's license is all you need. You do not need a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Pass a background check: We require a standard background check to ensure the safety of our team and our customers.
- Pass a drug screening: A pre-employment drug screening is required.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.: You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Have a great attitude: We value teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset above all else.
The Easy 4-Step Application Process
We've streamlined our hiring process to get you from application to your first day of paid training as quickly as possible.
Step 1: The Online Application
The journey begins with our simple online application. It takes just a few minutes to complete and is completely mobile-friendly, so you can apply from anywhere.
Step 2: The Interview
After reviewing your application, a member of our team will reach out to schedule an interview. We want to get to know you, so this is a low-stress conversation to discuss your experience, your goals, and what you’re looking for in a job.
Step 3: Background Check & Screening
Once you’ve successfully completed the interview, we’ll initiate a background check and drug screening. We will keep you informed of the progress and next steps.
Step 4: Paid Training & Orientation
Upon clearing the necessary screenings, you’ll be invited to our paid training and orientation. This comprehensive program will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to be a safe and successful driver from day one.
